About the position
We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Strategy Manager to support the Balady Project during the final stage of award. The role focuses on defining, operating, and scaling a new digital platform by aligning strategic vision, operational excellence, and technical delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business value realization and product lifecycle success.
Job responsibilities
1. Product Strategy
- Define and articulate the product vision aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Refine and validate the business model to support scalability and sustainability.
- Design end-to-end product experiences that deliver user and business value.
- Develop a clear value proposition for multiple customer segments.
- Identify and execute strategic quick wins to drive early impact.
- Shape the product roadmap, including services and feature prioritization.
2. Product Operations
- Provide ongoing business and operational support across product teams.
- Enhance operational maturity, governance, and workflows.
- Enable value realization and support product scaling across markets.
- Optimize product lifecycle processes from ideation to maturity.
- Ensure delivery excellence and alignment with strategic outcomes.
3. Product Technical Delivery Assurance
- Establish product delivery governance and best practices.
- Manage and coordinate product delivery activities across teams.
- Support technical delivery and resolve execution bottlenecks.
- Translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements.
- Oversee UX/UI development to ensure high-quality user experiences.
- Lead product testing, validation, and experience assurance activities.
Required Skills (Must Have)
- Digital product strategy development

Desirable Background
- Experience in Tier One or Big Four consulting firms
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Proven experience delivering large-scale digital products
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Work Type: Onsite
Contract Length: 12 months
Working Days: Sunday – Thursday
Experience Required: 3–5 years (minimum 3 years in Tier One or Big Four consulting firms preferred)
Language Requirements: Arabic and English fluency
