Digital Product Manager

About the position

The Manager will play a critical role in shaping and delivering a new digital platform by defining product vision, refining business models, and aligning strategic objectives with market needs. The role requires close collaboration with business, technology, and design teams to ensure the product delivers measurable value and scales effectively. The position is part of a high-impact transformation initiative and requires strong consulting and digital product expertise.

Job responsibilities

Product Strategy

• Define and articulate the product vision and strategic positioning.
• Refine and validate business models to support sustainable growth.
• Design end-to-end product experiences aligned with user and business needs.
• Develop clear value propositions for key customer segments.
• Identify and execute strategic quick wins to drive early impact.
• Shape and prioritize the product services and feature roadmap.

Product Operations

• Provide ongoing product business support and cross-functional coordination.
• Enhance operational maturity, governance, and workflows.
• Drive value realization and support product scaling initiatives.
• Optimize product lifecycle processes across all stages.
• Ensure delivery excellence and alignment with strategic outcomes.

Product Technical Delivery Assurance

• Establish and maintain product delivery governance frameworks.
• Manage delivery activities and resource alignment across teams.
• Support technical delivery and resolve execution challenges.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Oversee UX/UI development to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Lead testing and validation to ensure product quality and usability.

Work Type: Onsite
Contract Length: 12 months
Working Days: Sunday – Thursday
Experience Required: 5–8 years
Language Requirements: Arabic and English fluency
